I use KVMs all over and if it breaks (or has a defect) then you replace it.The short run of this is that you need another KVM to see if yours There needs to be a registry hack to have Windows 7 work with this legacy hardware. Same issue: KVMs (3 different ones) worked fine until Win7ult 64 bit.
