I've tried to 1st time install several times & it updates but i can never get my channels back. Your box may have an Add New Channels option that you can use, but this may not pick up other changes such as channels being moved to a different multiplex or I know BBC are on channel 21, hubby wonders if maybe the aerial has moved slightly enough to alter the BBC channels, could that be an answer? It might be worth checking whether your neighbours are affected.
