Epson Printer Won't Print Black Ink

I got a good 20 copies out of my "empty" cartridge. The ink light indicator will flash indicating missing cartridges. I need a black and white document printed by tomorrow morning and my yellow is OUT! I've now lost 3 days' worth of evenings and about $100 in inks.Without a print to show for it.
