Battery is pretty new, had it tested, no alternator problems either. I can hear the air try to kick on but nothing comes out of the vents. In order to know which is at fault, you will have to either install a new final stage unit and see if the blower works, or test the blower before replacing Any update with your blower?

I find it much easier to remove the blower motor this way. I hate to run out and buy the part and find out that there is another issue.
