I deleted the network connection that we formerly used (we created a new name for the wireless router connection), and started over again. O=0, I=1, E=3). I got on my new laptop (Windows 7), selected my router name, entered the new encryption key and it worked!!!! However, the Toshiba just would not work.

Turns out that by doing that I reset the security key to it's default (the one printed on the router).
